Do I have to complete the course?

Yes. All students are required to complete the training. This includes students who are enrolled part-time, living off-campus, or those studying abroad.Ìý

I completed an online training last year - do I still have to complete this course?

Yes.

I lost the email - how can I log in?

You can access the course .

When is the deadline?

The training must be completed by January 19th.Ìý

What happens if I miss the deadline?

If you miss the deadline, there will be a hold placed on your student account. This hold will prevent you from completing the college's clearance process. If you fail to complete the course and the clearance process by 5 p.m. on January 24th, a $100 Late Clearance Fee will be assessed to your student account.Ìý

I just completed the course, but there's still a hold on my account! What should I do?

The automated hold system checks for course completion multiple times per day. If you have just completed the training, please check again in 3-6Ìýhours. If the hold remains after 6Ìýhours, please contact training@oxy.edu.

I'm having techincal issues with the course - who do I contact?
