Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 and related regulations require that the College not discriminate on the basis of sex in any education program or activity operated by the College, including in admission and employment practices. Inquiries about the application of Title IX and its supporting regulations may be directed to the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights, Office for Civil Rights, U.S. Department of Education or to the Occidental鈥檚 Title IX Coordinator. Any inquiries regarding Title IX, including reports of sex discrimination, including sexual harassment can be reported to the College鈥檚 Title IX Coordinator.
