We supply sustainable options, but only when there is demand for them. Fortunately, items that meet the of sustainable (local, humane, ecologically sound and fair trade) are labeled in the Marketplace, Tiger Cooler, Coffee Cart and Green Bean.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Compost!

- Use reusable bottles, cups, bags, etc to save plastic waste
- Be aware of our waste management procedures
- Leave it to us! When you drop your waste on the dish carousel, it gets sorted by our trained staff.
