Entrance Interview and Promissory Note
To complete your Entrance Interview and/or your Promissory Note and Disclosure Statements, please visit the portal and click Get Started to review your documents. You will need your Social Security number, first and last name, and date of birth to log in. As you work through the portal, most pages will ask you to accept the terms by checking a box at the bottom of the page before proceeding.
Who is ECSI?
Heartland ECSI is Occidental's loan servicing company, responsible for administering billing and other services for the Federal Perkins and 葫芦影业 loan programs.
