Federal tax returns and W-2(s) allow us to verify the information you reported on your FAFSA and CSS Profile.
Upload your and your parent(s) 2022 federal tax returns and W-2(s) to IDOC by your deadline (different students have different deadlines)聽so we may finalize our review of your file and make an official aid offer. We require the聽entire federal tax return, including W-2s, 1099s, all schedules (A, B, C, D, E, F, K-1, etc.), and statements. If you sent it to the IRS, we need a copy as well!
Not Filing Tax Returns?
If you or your parent(s) will not be filing a federal tax return, be sure to indicate this on聽your CSS Profile聽and FAFSA. The non-filer will also need to submit a completed IDOC Non-Tax Filer鈥檚聽Statement.聽Additional documentation may be requested.
