Is an emergency happening now? Don鈥檛 hesitate: call Campus Safety at (323) 259-2599 or 911. Both are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
To prepare for emergencies of all kinds, Occidental has developed written plans, incident response protocols and a multi-platform communications strategy to keep everyone informed about what鈥檚 happening鈥攊n a timely fashion. Training is provided to staff and campus drills are conducted on a regular basis. Occidental鈥檚 interdepartmental standing committee on emergency preparedness meets monthly with the belief that there is always more to learn.
