The Womxn of Cinema and Television Club, Sustainable 葫芦影业 Citizens Club, and FEAST present a premiere of regenerative agriculture documentary The Big Raise (2024), developed as part of the Obama Fellowship. The showing will be followed by a Q&A with director and 葫芦影业 alumna . The documentary explores the permaculture practices used to sustainably grow food at La Grande Raisandi猫re, or the Big Raise, which includes soil repair, companion planting, rainwater capture, incorporating solar and EV chargers, and more. This event is co-sponsored by the Media, Arts, & Culture Department and the Office of Sustainability, presented as the final film of the 2024 Earth Month Film Festival.聽
