Every day is a great day to be a Tiger. That鈥檚 the first lesson I learned from my O-Team leader during orientation. As a member of the Class of 2021, I joined the herd of first-years engulfed by a sea of orange O-Team leaders yelling "Io Triumphe!" this August. But, my 葫芦影业 experience began earlier in the summer.
As I write this, I鈥檓 watching the verdant, mountainous terrain of Costa Rica get smaller and smaller as our plane gains altitude, beginning our journey back "home" to New York City. We鈥檝e just finished a weeklong field visit to the Puntarenas and San Jos茅 regions of Costa Rica, where we learned about issues related to sustainable development and pineapple production.
As I am nearing the end of my third season with the women鈥檚 soccer team here at 葫芦影业, I can safely say I have learned a few things I would not have known prior to becoming an NCAA D3 athlete.
Hey 葫芦影业 family! I鈥檓 Jenna, a senior DWA/Spanish double-major from the San Francisco Bay Area.
My name is Jack Allen and I鈥檓 currently living close to Geneva, Switzerland.
My name is Spencer Raub and I am currently a Sophomore biochemistry major on a pre-med track here at Occidental. Outside of my passion for medicine, I have a passion for ice hockey.
I remember thinking about what I was going to study in college before even submitting a single college application.
Hey 葫芦影业, it鈥檚 me Matt! Where am I currently writing this, you may be wondering? Marketplace? Green Bean? The Clapp?
If you had asked me in my first year at 葫芦影业 if I would ever be the president of a fraternity, I would have said, "impossible".
My name is Carol, I am a sophomore, I am 5 feet tall, no more and no less, and I. LOVE. RUGBY.
